The global Talent Acquisition team drives the momentum of Charles River Associates (CRA). As a Talent Acquisition Assistant at CRA, you will be responsible for supporting recruiting operations and executing detailed interview schedules with many moving parts: participants, time zones, conference rooms and technology. Your primary goal is to ensure a first-class experience for interviewees and interviewers alike.
Job Responsibilities
- Perform day-to-day scheduling operations of the candidate life-cycle for a team of Recruiters covering a variety of practice areas, offices, and levels;
- Post job postings, schedule interviews and manage logistics of the interview process;
- Coordinate internal recruitment communications, customize schedules and organize event logistics;
- Track relevant recruiting metrics in our Applicant Tracking System (Greenhouse) to be used in data-driven reports to evaluate recruiting investments;
- Respond to routine recruiting questions from candidates, hiring managers, employees and vendors;
- Contribute to ongoing Talent Acquisition projects, i.e. campus recruiting efforts, training and outreach with recruiting ambassadors, creating candidate collateral and presentation materials and other initiatives;
- Understand and share CRA’s unique value proposition as an employer;
- Other duties as assigned from time to time.
Qualifications
- BA/BS degree or 4 years work experience in lieu of degree;
- Minimum 1 year relevant work experience in a professional services firm, campus recruiting experience preferred, but not required;
- Advanced knowledge of Excel (v-lookups, pivot tables) preferred; Intermediate skills in Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word;
- Experience working with an ATS (Greenhouse) desirable;
- Demonstrated track record of productivity, able to advance tasks with diplomacy and tact, and a willingness to take ownership of work;
- Strong problem-solving skills, able to find creative solutions without getting flustered, and willing to dig for an answer;
- Exceptional attention to detail, focused ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks with tight turnarounds and multiple time zones;
- Good judgment, aware of confidentiality expectations, and use discretion around sensitive information.

Work Location Flexibility

We currently expect that individuals spend at least 3 to 4 days a week working in the office (which may include traveling to another CRA office or to client meetings), with specific days determined in coordination with your practice or team.

The city of New York requires CRA to include a good-faith estimate of the wage range for this role. This range is specific to individuals applying to work in our New York office and considers several factors including, but not limited to: experience, education level and expertise. A good-faith estimate of the base wage range for this role is $50,000 - $55,000; actual total compensation may also include overtime, benefits and bonus.
