Currently, we are looking to add a Legal Assistant to our Litigation team. This person will work with the Litigation Case Manager, providing administrative services to support development and movement of litigation injury cases. 


Some of the key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Work with third parties (medical providers, insurance providers, etc.) to obtain and save requested documents as directed, including requesting medical and billing records, calling medical providers and lien holders, completing loss wage requests, requesting police photos, and more.
  • Assist with a variety of administrative tasks, including drafting and sending routine correspondence, creating/updating medical binders, putting health insurance on notice, and more.
  • Document all steps completed and information received per procedure.

EDUCATIONAL/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
