Litigation Paralegal (Mass Tort)

Our client, a highly respected plaintiff-side trial firm in Dallas, is seeking an experienced Mass Tort Paralegal to support complex, high-stakes litigation matters. This role offers the opportunity to work on impactful cases involving product liability, toxic torts, and catastrophic injury alongside a team of top-tier trial attorneys.

• Support attorneys in all phases of mass tort and complex litigation
• Manage large caseloads involving toxic exposure, product liability, and pharmaceutical claims
• Draft and prepare legal documents including pleadings, discovery, and trial materials
• Coordinate and maintain case files, medical records, and document databases
• Assist with fact investigation, client communication, and case development
• Review, organize, and summarize medical records, depositions, and expert reports
• Track deadlines and ensure compliance with court rules and litigation schedules
• Prepare trial binders, exhibits, and assist with trial preparation and support

• 3+ years of experience as a paralegal, preferably in mass tort, personal injury, or complex litigation
• Strong understanding of litigation procedures and discovery processes
• Experience handling high-volume, document-intensive cases
• Proficiency with case management and eDiscovery tools (Relativity, Everlaw, or similar is a plus)
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
