About the Role:
Harrison LLP’s Naples, FL office is seeking a highly skilled mid to senior level Estate Planning Associate to step into complex estate planning and drafting work — particularly irrevocable trust planning — with speed, accuracy, and confidence. What You Will Do:
- Draft sophisticated estate planning documents including irrevocable trusts, SLATs, GST/GSTT planning, and private foundations.
- Collaborate directly with partners on multiple active projects.
- Handle complex client matters with sensitivity, urgency, and precision.
- Deliver a top-notch customer service experience to high-net-worth clients.
- Interface with clients directly; manage deadlines and timelines.
What You Will Need:
- Ability to work in the Firm’s Naples office, particularly during key times of year (ideally October 15th – May 30th).
- 4-5+ years of estate planning experience with heavy drafting focus.
- Deep experience with irrevocable trust planning.
- Extensive experience handling high net worth estates and complex estate issues.
- Strong knowledge of GST, GSTT, SLATs, and related tax/estate planning instruments.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle ambiguity.
- Comfortable interfacing directly with high-net-worth individuals.
- Strong client service orientation – must deliver high-quality work consistently and on time.

Target Salary Range: $195,000 – $220,000 annually. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors including but not limited to relevant experience and training, skills-set, current business needs, market factors, and other job-related factors permitted by law. This role will also be eligible for an annual discretionary variable incentive bonus.
