Associate Attorney (Foreclosure Litigation) – Honolulu, HI

Are you a seasoned litigator passionate about real estate and mortgage law? Avant Tech is seeking a driven Associate Attorney to support a prestigious law firm specializing in residential foreclosure and litigation matters.

Key Responsibilities:

• Represent clients at trials, mediations, hearings, and depositions.
• Draft legal pleadings, motions, briefs, and discovery documents.
• Conduct detailed legal research and write substantive legal memoranda.
• Manage multiple foreclosure and litigation cases simultaneously.
• Participate in client marketing and business development initiatives.
• Travel as needed for court appearances across Hawaii.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctorate (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Active Hawaii Bar license in good standing.
• Minimum 5 years of litigation experience; foreclosure experience preferred.
• Skilled in legal research tools such as Fastcase or Westlaw.
• Strong writing, deposition, and courtroom skills.
• Excellent organizational and client communication abilities.
