Job Description
Roetzel & Andress, LPA is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Paralegal/Legal Assistant to join our Educatoin Law Practice Group. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in legal research and writing, along with a passion for education law. The position plays a vital role in supporting our attorneys assuring the effective management of legal cases. Excellent organizational and time managment abilities to meet the billable hour requirement of 800 hours annually while also assisting the attorneys in a legal assistant capacity. Strong communication skills and ability to work collarboratively within the team. Minimum requirements include a strong work ethic and desire for professional development; ability to multi-task and work under pressures imposed by the Court system and our clients; analytical research, writing and factual analysis skills; strong attention to detail and client expectations; and a collaborative teamwork attitude.
