General Liability/Complex Torts Attorneys

Rivkin Radler LLP is seeking multiple attorneys with a minimum of 4 years of general liability experience for our Uniondale, New York City, Albany or Poughkeepsie offices. In addition to the General Liability/Complex Torts practice, you will also have the opportunity to be included in our Strategic Alternative Defense team, which focuses on the defense of highly questionable bodily injury claims. We are looking for dynamic lawyers, who want to learn and be part of a team that values hard work, client responsiveness, outside of the box thinking and an appropriate work life balance.     Requirements: Demonstrate an ability to analyze legal issues and think critically, communicate regularly with claims professionals, document communication and assist in resolving cases efficiently Experience in preparing pleadings, conducting depositions, and motion practice Trial experience a plus   Qualifications: JD from an accredited law school Be in good standing as an active member of the New York Bar Excellent analytical and communication skills Ability to multi-task and to work independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment   Hybrid HoursMinimum 3 days a week in office, 2 days a week remotelyCongenial, team focused environment.
