Job Description

Legal Sales & Intake Supervisor

Fort Lauderdale, FL | On-site | Full-time
$75,000 base salary + team-based performance incentives

Mayersohn Law Group, P.A. is seeking an experienced Call Center & Intake Supervisor to strengthen the way prospective clients connect with our firm. This is a hands-on leadership opportunity for someone who knows how to coach phone-based teams, improve intake processes, and turn inquiries into consultations and retained clients.

You will work on-site at our Fort Lauderdale office while managing a fully remote team of intake and inside sales professionals. Your focus will be creating a reliable, responsive operation where team members understand expectations, follow through consistently, and deliver a professional experience from the first call through engagement.

We are looking for a leader who does more than review reports—someone who identifies what needs to improve, develops practical solutions, and helps the team execute.

What you will oversee

Team performance and daily coverage

  • Manage daily intake and call center operations, including staffing schedules, coverage, productivity, and follow-up.
  • Coach team members through individual feedback, performance check-ins, training, and skill development.
  • Establish clear expectations for communication, call handling, accountability, and professionalism.
  • Develop repeatable workflows that support a growing, high-volume litigation practice.
  • Address performance concerns directly and reinforce consistent execution across the team.

Call quality and intake accuracy

  • Review calls, consultation activity, CRM records, reports, and supporting documentation for quality, accuracy, and timeliness.
  • Ensure phone inquiries, emailed leads, and online submissions receive timely responses and appropriate follow-up.
  • Maintain adherence to scripts, intake procedures, call protocols, and compliance requirements.
  • Investigate missed, abandoned, and dropped calls and correct gaps in coverage or follow-through.
  • Work with the AI Automations Specialist on weekly call scoring, quality reviews, and mystery-shopper-style evaluations.
  • Partner with the Marketing Coordinator to use AI tools and call analytics to identify coaching opportunities and process improvements.

Conversion and pipeline management

  • Guide the intake process from initial contact through consultation scheduling and signed engagement.
  • Monitor lead volume, appointment-setting rates, consultation attendance, retained-client conversion, and case value trends.
  • Help leadership understand lead quality, marketing source effectiveness, and where prospects stall in the intake process.
  • Conduct role-playing exercises and call simulations to improve objection handling, closing skills, and consistency.
  • Use performance data to make practical adjustments to call strategy and follow-up procedures.

Coordination with firm leadership

  • Maintain clear communication between the intake team, attorneys, and firm leadership.
  • Support smooth handoffs so prospective clients move through the process without unnecessary delays.
  • Contribute to planning around marketing campaigns, intake capacity, and call center priorities.

What success looks like

Your performance will be measured by the team's results and the consistency of its execution, including:

  • Strong lead-to-consultation and consultation-to-retainer conversion rates.
  • Prompt responses to new inquiries and dependable follow-up.
  • Improved call quality and evaluation scores.
  • Accurate, complete CRM records and intake documentation.
  • Reliable staffing, process adherence, and team accountability.
  • Fewer missed, abandoned, or dropped calls.
  • Consistent movement of prospects through the intake pipeline.

Experience and qualifications
  • At least three years of experience in a professional services setting with a strong emphasis on phone-based sales, call center operations, or inside sales leadership.
  • At least three years of supervisory or team lead experience managing frontline employees.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and spreadsheet tools, including Google Sheets.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
  • A disciplined, persistent, and accountable approach to managing people and delivering results.
  • Comfort having candid performance conversations and holding team members to clear standards.
  • Strong motivation to achieve measurable business results and performance-based earnings.

Preferred

  • Prior experience in a law firm or legal services organization.
  • Familiarity with Clio or GoHighLevel.
  • Spanish-language proficiency.

Compensation and benefits
  • $75,000 annual base salary.
  • Additional incentives tied to team performance.
  • Medical, dental, and vision benefits.
  • 401(k) participation.
  • Paid time off and paid holidays.
  • Ongoing training and professional development.
  • A collaborative, supportive, and inclusive workplace.
