On an Average Day You Will:
(includes but not limited to)
- Monitor and manage the supervising attorney’s inbox, responding or flagging messages as needed
- Keep the attorney’s project tracker updated and organized for smooth execution
- Professionally correspond with internal teams and external partners on the attorney’s behalf
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, ensuring all logistics are in place
- Maintain the attorney’s calendar and track critical deadlines
- Organize and maintain digital and physical legal files and administrative records
- Attend meetings and take clear, actionable notes
- Review and summarize documents, highlighting key provisions and next steps
- Handle other administrative and legal support tasks as assigned
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an executive assistant, legal assistant, or similar support role
- Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, and calendar management tools
- Discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information
- Experience with legal documentation or working in a legal environment is a plus
- High level of reliability, initiative, and follow-through
