Associate Attorney

Overview:
We are seeking a motivated Associate Attorney to join our team, responsible for managing foreclosure matters on behalf of our clients. The ideal candidate will bring legal expertise, strong communication skills, and the ability to effectively manage a high-volume caseload.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft, review, and approve foreclosure-related pleadings
• Handle all aspects of foreclosure proceedings, including contested matters
• Participate in mediations, depositions, telephonic and in-person hearings
• Communicate regularly with clients, providing updates and legal guidance
• Travel as needed to attend court throughout the state of Maryland
