Our client is a leading global business law firm looking for a collaborative, results-oriented individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and has exceptional problem-solving skills. Naviga has been engaged to recruit an eDiscovery Attorney to join their team.

Title: eDiscovery Attorney

Location: Hybrid - New York, NY, San Diego, CA, San Francisco, CA, Washington, DC, Phoenix, AZ, Los Angeles, CA, Houston, TX, Boston, MA, Austin, TX, Atlanta, GA, Baltimore, MD, Dallas, TX, Short Hills, NJ, Chicago, IL, Seattle, WA, Philadelphia, PA, Miami, FL

Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for eDiscovery work on complex litigation matters
  • Supervise and coordinate project execution to meet project timelines, budgets and standards
  • Draft and negotiate discovery related protocols, orders and agreements
  • Serve as point of contact with DLA case team, including partners, and/or client regarding eDiscovery project execution, implementation and status
  • Coordinate with case teams, clients and vendors on identification and collection of client data
  • Create accurate budgets/estimates for review projects, as well as monthly revenue forecasting and monthly invoice review
  • Create and manage document review workflows, including QC process
  • Oversee preparation of document productions
  • Provide guidance and training to review attorneys to sustain and improve work product and performance
  • Create and maintain the DLA positive team environment

Requirements:
  • 3-5 years' experience (in-house, law firm, government, etc.) working in eDiscovery
  • Strong analytical, writing, and research skills with attention to detail and sound business judgment
  • Excellent organization, leadership, and problem-solving abilities
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Skilled in multitasking, prioritization, and managing competing demands in a fast-paced environment
  • Deliver high-quality work efficiently and meet deadlines
  • Maintain responsiveness in all interactions with clients, lawyers, and business professionals
  • Foster positive relationships and contribute to a collaborative work environment
  • Adhere to firm policies and procedures
  • Perform additional tasks and projects as needed
Education: 
  • Juris Doctor (JD) or LL.M
