Responsibilities

 

  • Assist attorneys in all aspects of real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and financing.
  • Prepare, review, and manage legal documents such as contracts, deeds, leases, and title reports.
  • Conduct thorough property research, title examinations, and due diligence to ensure compliance and mitigate risks.
  • Coordinate closings by liaising with clients, brokers, lenders, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth transactions.
  • Maintain and organize case files, ensuring all documentation is accurate, complete, and up-to-date.
  • Provide administrative support and manage daily operations within the real estate department.


Requirements
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Paralegal Studies or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a paralegal in real estate law.
  • Certification: Paralegal certification is advantageous.
