Legal Assistant - Mass Torts

 What will I be doing: 

• Support paralegals and attorneys to maintain and move large inventory of client cases, including scheduling and document prep  
• Communicate with clients regarding their case 
• Request, receive, and review medical records 
• Enter and maintain case data using the case management system (FileVine) 
• Assist with court filings, discovery, and certified mailings 
• Organize correspondence and route to appropriate individual(s) 
• Quality checks on documents, correspondence, and deadline tracking

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe PDF 
• Learn and navigate case management software – FileVine experience a plus 
• Ability to manage a high volume, fast-paced, deadline driven environment 
• Associate’s degree, paralegal coursework, or similar experience preferred 
• Relevant experience is helpful – will train the right candidate
