Job Duties:
- Assist with creating and implementing wealth preservation strategies, business succession planning, and family-office planning.
- Have 2-5 years of sophisticated income, estate, gift, and generation-skipping transfer tax planning experience for high-net-worth individuals.
- Prior experience drafting estate planning documents, including wills, revocable trusts, and irrevocable trusts, such as intentionally defective grantor trusts, is required.
- Experience with probate, trust, and estate administration is preferred.
- Prior law firm practice experience is a must.
- Must possess superior writing capabilities and thorough legal research prowess.
Requirements:
- Strong academic credentials with a J.D. degree from an ABA-approved law school and an active member in good standing in the Florida bar.
- 7-10 years of sophisticated income, estate, gift, and generation-skipping transfer tax planning experience
- Prior experience in drafting estate planning documents
- Experience with probate, trust, and estate administration
- Prior experience in a law firm or private practice
- A degree in accounting, a CPA license, or an LL.M. in Tax is strongly preferred
- Excellent academic and employment credentials
- Superior writing capabilities and thorough legal research prowess
