D&O Claims Counsel

Qualifications: Qualified attorney with 3-5 years of experience handling D&O liability claims; Excellent communication, analytic, negotiation and writing skills; adjuster's license preferred; Demonstrates independence, versatility and organization.

Responsibilities: Investigate, evaluate and adjust D&O claims and other notifications; drafting correspondence, reports, memoranda and other documents; maintaining bordereau; developing and improving relationships with brokers, clients, trading partners, capacity providers and other market participants; negotiate claim resolutions.
