How You’ll Make a Difference:
The Investor Relations/Legal Assistant will work directly with the Chief Financial Officer/President, Head of Investor Relations and Corporate Counsel to perform a variety of legal/investor relations and administrative support tasks. The purpose of this role is to help the CFO/President, Head of Investor Relations and Corporate Counsel maintain document organization, maintenance and retention, assist with execution of documents as needed, helping to gather facts and information and providing other administrative support as needed.
IR Duties:
? Responsible for support with questions and fulfilling Investor requests, as well as assisting in the overall communication with Investors as it relates to capital calls, investment performance and updates, valuations, announcements, taxes, etc.
? Assisting in maintaining, organizing, recording, and creation of all new Investor documentation for new deals, active deals, past investments, as well as all ad-hoc Investor documents unrelated to capital calls
? Assist with the fundraise process, supporting efforts to complete all equity-related action items including tracking election amounts, responding to investor questions, providing regular internal updates, and finalizing commitment amounts and following up on investor paperwork as well as corresponding documentation and tasks
? Support with necessary details and documentation as it relates to Investors for tax related needs prior to annual distribution of tax forms/documents
? Assist with Quarterly Reports and the posting of general and legal documents as well as annual tax documents to Investor Portal
? Maintain Investor Portal via AppFolio database and support, as needed
? General administrative duties (including but not limited to) document merging and formatting, scanning, filing, support with execution of key documents and FedEx related needs, returning calls, expense reports, mail sorting
? Coordinate with Legal and Administrative support team to collect signatures from Partners on key documentation and manage delivery
? Create and file organizational documents as well as tax IDs for new projects
? Responsible for assisting with other ad-hoc administrative tasks required by the WWG team
? Special projects, as needed
Legal Duties:
? General administrative duties (including but not limited to) document merging and formatting, scanning, filing, support with execution of key documents and FedEx related needs, returning calls, expense reports, mail sorting
? Assist in maintaining, organizing, and retrieving a variety of corporate and legal documents
? Assist with the administrative support needed in a debt financing and the acquisition and closing of real estate transactions
? Responsible for assisting with other ad-hoc administrative tasks required by the WWG team
? Special projects, as needed

About You:
? Education: Bachelor’s degree
? 3+ years customer service or administrative support experience in an office setting
? Exceptional Excel and Adobe (or similar PDF application) skills
? Computer Skills: Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word and Power Point) and a high level of comfort in learning new accounting systems and computer applications; Exceptional Excel and Adobe (or similar PDF application) skills
? Relationship skills: ability to communicate effectively, both oral and written; ability to develop and sustain cooperative working relationships; and, ability to work effective within a team; professional presence to interact with executive management
? Organization/Multi-tasking: ability to allocate one’s time effectively, work under pressure, and meet tight deadlines; ability to handle multiple demands and competing priorities; ability to prioritize workload; and, ability to work at a detailed level, reliable, Ability to work on complex and time-sensitive transactions
? Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to apply general business and industry specific knowledge to operational and accounting practices
? Intrapersonal: willingness to learn in a dynamic environment that includes new ideas and change, ability to be a proactive self-starter, intellectually curious, and ambitious adaptable; the proven ability to communicate professionally both orally and in writing
? Self-starter with a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a genuine desire to learn
? Will need to acquire a notary public license (associated fees paid by WWG)
