Job Title: Commercial Janitorial Cleaner (Full-Time, Monday–Friday)

Location: 333 West Loop North, Houston, Texas 77024

Pay: $1500 - $2000 per month

Schedule: Monday through Friday

Service Hours: 7:00 PM – 10:00 PM

Job Overview:

We are hiring a reliable and experienced Commercial Janitorial Cleaner to join our team and provide daily cleaning services for our Law Firm office space and facility areas. This full-time position offers a stable weekday schedule and requires expertise in commercial cleaning equipment and techniques.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform daily cleaning and sanitization of office spaces, common areas, restrooms, and break rooms
• Sweep, mop, and vacuum all flooring surfaces
• Operate commercial-grade floor machines (e.g., buffers, scrubbers) to maintain polished, safe flooring
• Clean interior office windows, glass partitions, and entrance doors with a streak-free finish
• Empty and dispose of trash and recycling according to office standards
• Refill soap, paper towel, and toilet paper dispensers
• Conduct light dusting and disinfect high-touch surfaces
• Report any maintenance needs or safety hazards to management
• Ensure all work complies with building health and safety standards

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in commercial janitorial services
• Demonstrated experience using commercial-grade equipment, including floor buffers and carpet extractors
• Skilled in professional window cleaning, especially for office interiors and glass partitions
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow cleaning protocols precisely
• Must be dependable, punctual, and able to work independently
• Physically capable of lifting and moving cleaning equipment and supplies (up to 40 lbs)
• Proof of liability insurance (if working as a 1099 contractor)

 

Salary

• $1,500 - $2,000/month
