Corporate Associate Attorney

Role Description

This is a full-time opportunity for an associate to join the Corporate Department in the Washington, D.C. office of a well-known, AmLaw law firm.  An ideal candidate will have 2-6 years of experience in a corporate associate position engaging in a combination of mergers and acquisitions, commercial contracting and/or general transactional work.  You will play a pivotal role with this group, assisting in all facets of the practice.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of corporate/transactional experience.
• Admission to the Washington, D.C. bar or ability to waive-in.
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
