Marketing Coordinator

Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for digital storytelling and business development? We are looking for a dynamic Marketing Coordinator to lead our law firm brand's evolution. In this role, you won't just be managing social media; you'll be the architect of our digital footprint, translating complex legal expertise into compelling content that drives client engagement and firm growth.

Key Responsibilities

· Strategic Growth: Develop and execute multi-channel marketing plans that align with the firm's practice area goals and revenue targets.

· Digital Ecosystem Management: Oversee our SEO strategy, email marketing workflows, and PPC campaigns to ensure a steady stream of high-quality leads.

· Market Intelligence: Conduct deep-dive research into legal trends and competitor landscapes to keep our firm ahead of the curve.

· Content & Brand Identity: Act as the "voice" of the firm. You will create, curate, and manage consistent messaging across our website, LinkedIn, and promotional collateral.

· Performance Analytics: Monitor KPIs and ROI. If a campaign isn't performing, you'll be expected to diagnose the "why" and pivot effectively.

· Tech Support: Perform minor website updates via HTML and manage our CRM to ensure marketing-to-sales alignment.

· Vendor Liaison: Manage relationships with external agencies, printers, and legal directories.

Who You Are

· Experienced: You have a proven track record in marketing, preferably within the legal or professional services sector.

· Data-Driven: You love a good spreadsheet. You use data, not just "gut feelings," to drive your decisions.

· Tech-Savvy: You are proficient in SEO tools (e.g., SEMRush, Ahrefs), email platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Constant Contact), and basic HTML.

· A Precision Writer: You have an eagle eye for detail. In the legal world, typos aren't just mistakes-they're a hit to our credibility.

· Collaborative: You can bridge the gap between "lawyer-speak" and "client-speak," working seamlessly with our partners and intake teams.

Qualifications

· Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

· 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing (Legal/B2B preferred).

· Solid understanding of Google Analytics and ad platforms.

· Familiarity with HTML/CSS and CMS platforms (WordPress, etc.) is a significant advantage.

· Strong project management skills; you can juggle multiple deadlines without dropping the ball.
