(QPWB), a multi-office national defense firm, is seeking a Paralegal with 2+ years of First Party Property litigation experience to join our Daytona Beach office. This is a full-time positionoffering a hybrid work model, providing flexibility to work both remotely and in-office as needed.

About the Role
The Paralegal will work closely with attorneys handling a high-volume caseload of First Party Property matters, supporting all aspects of litigation from file management and discovery through trial preparation.
Key Responsibilities
Organize and analyze insurance claim files, discovery materials, and deposition transcripts
Draft pleadings, discovery responses, motions, subpoenas, and correspondence under attorney direction
Prepare summaries of medical records, expert reports, and property damage documentation
Coordinate hearings, depositions, and inspections; assist with calendar management
Manage document production and assist in trial preparation, including exhibits and witness coordination
Maintain organized case files, ensuring all deadlines and procedural requirements are met
Communicate with clients, experts, and opposing counsel as needed
Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Paralegal in First Party Property litigation
Strong understanding of Florida civil litigation procedures and court rules
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel) and legal software; experience with Litify/Salesforce is a plus
Excellent organization, attention to detail, and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
High School Diploma or equivalent required; Paralegal certificate or degree preferred
