Position OverviewWe are seeking a full-time, in-person Litigation Paralegal with substantial experience. The ideal candidate will bring a solid understanding of the federal litigation process and be comfortable managing complex cases from inception through resolution. Strong organizational, research, and communication skills are essential for success in this fast-paced and mission-driven environment.
Key ResponsibilitiesSupport attorneys in all phases of litigation related to wrongful termination and employment disputes
Conduct legal research using Westlaw, LexisNexis, and other databases
Draft, edit, and organize pleadings, discovery, motions, and trial materials
Maintain case calendars, deadlines, filings, and court schedules
Facilitate communication with clients, experts, witnesses, and opposing counsel
Prepare trial exhibits, case summaries, and courtroom materials
Assist with discovery, including document production and responses to interrogatories and admissions
Stay current on relevant employment law updates and procedural rules
Provide general case support and administrative assistance to attorneys
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; Paralegal Certificate preferred
Minimum 2 years of litigation experience, specifically in employment law/wrongful termination
Strong working knowledge of federal and state employment laws and court procedures
Proficiency in legal software and research platforms (e.g., Clio, Westlaw, LexisNexis)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
Self-motivated and capable of working independently as well as collaboratively
