About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and proactive Prelitigation Managing Attorney to lead our Client Intake and Case Management teams. In this key leadership role, you will be responsible for overseeing client interactions from the initial point of contact through case evaluation, ensuring an outstanding client experience. You’ll also play a pivotal role in strategy development, team management, and process improvement within the prelitigation department.


Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, coach, and inspire the Intake and Case Management teams, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.

• Conduct client meetings to evaluate legal claims, address concerns, and showcase the firm’s competitive advantages.

• Ensure that clients have a seamless and supportive experience from their first interaction to the resolution of their case.

• Develop and refine intake procedures and protocols to ensure consistent and efficient responses to client inquiries and leads.

• Design client-first strategies that prioritize prompt service and high-quality care in handling legal claims.

• Track lead-to-client conversion rates, analyze trends, and identify opportunities for improvement.

• Implement Key Performance Indicators to measure client satisfaction, team effectiveness, and case success rates.


Requirements

• A Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

• Active licensure to practice law in the State of Nevada.

• At least 3 years of experience in personal injury law, with a strong track record in prelitigation matters.

• Demonstrated leadership abilities, including experience managing legal intake or case management teams.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex legal concepts for clients.

• Strong interpersonal skills, with a friendly, client-focused approach that enhances client satisfaction.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing competing priorities effectively.
