We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Litigation Attorney to join our team, handling cases including, but not limited to: Personal Injury Law and Habitability Law. You’ll have the opportunity to manage all facets of litigation while working alongside a passionate and committed legal team.

Responsibilities

• Draft a variety of legal documents, including motions, pleadings, and briefs.
• Prepare and review case-related documents, from correspondence to settlement demands.
• Offer expert legal counsel to clients, guiding them through strategic approaches and potential outcomes.
• Oversee paralegals, law clerks, and administrative staff, ensuring teamwork and excellence.
• Devise customized case strategies aimed at optimizing client recovery.

Requirements

• Active bar membership.
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in plaintiff-side law.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple cases independently.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
