Responsibilities:
Own the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of the sales onboarding program to reduce ramp time and ensure new hires are fully equipped to run Strategy Sessions and Partnership Calls.
Build and execute a comprehensive “everboarding” strategy focused on reinforcing core skills, closing performance gaps, and driving continuous development across the sales team.
Define, track, and refine team-level KPIs tied to sales behaviors, skill development, and enablement impact — in close partnership with Sales Leadership and RevOps.
Audit and curate core enablement content and tools, including Gong libraries, call scorecards, Salesloft cadences, and internal documentation to drive consistency and adoption.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, RevOps, and Sales Leadership to ensure training programs align with GTM strategy, messaging, and product updates.
Lead certification programs for key sales motions (e.g., Strategy Session, Partnership Call), ensuring that reps demonstrate mastery of critical behaviors and skills
Use data and call analytics to identify high-leverage coaching opportunities and inform the design of enablement programs that target real performance gaps.
Support managers with tools, frameworks, and content to reinforce enablement initiatives through coaching, QBRs, and 1:1s.
Operationalize a culture of continuous improvement by gathering rep feedback, analyzing effectiveness of programs, and iterating based on what works.
Requirements:
7+ years of experience in sales enablement, sales productivity, or sales operations roles with increasing scope and responsibility..
Proven success designing and delivering onboarding and ongoing development programs that measurably improve sales performance.
Deep understanding of sales processes, sales methodologies, and messaging design.
Experience using tools like Gong, Salesloft, and Hubspot to support rep performance and drive adoption of best practices.
Excellent collaboration skills; able to work cross-functionally with Sales, RevOps, and Marketing to deliver cohesive programs.
Ability to analyze sales performance data to diagnose skill and execution gaps, and translate insights into scalable programs.
Clear, confident communication style, both written and verbal — with the ability to influence without authority.
Bias for action and iteration; thrives in a fast-paced environment where you can build, launch, and refine quickly.
High standards for execution and accountability; you lead by example and operate as a strategic thought partner to sales leadership.
