Job Summary

DUTIES:                               Provide technical leadership to a team responsible for developing, documenting, and delivering digital transformation efforts across a portfolio of applications and services for Comcast’s Enterprise Legal function; establish communications between different distributed systems using REST API; use iManage to securely manage emails and documents; perform Salesforce administration and Salesforce development, using Apex, Visualforce, and Salesforce APIs; support CLM (Contract Lifecycle Management) processes, including NDA, Supplier Intake, Contract Approval, eSignature, and Contract Search; work with Enterprise Legal Management processes and software, including Matter Management, iManage, Litera, and Microsoft Office 365; use Microsoft .Net technologies, including C# and ASP.NET; work with relational database technologies, including Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle, and MySQL; use Microsoft Power BI and Power Automate; work with various web technologies, including HTML, XML, JavaScript, jQuery, and Angular; implement and support various corporate automation tools and data integration projects; gather, analyze, and implement data requirements to meet functional and technical specifications; manage ongoing implementation projects and collaborate with resources from third-party vendors; collaborate with Legal and business users of all levels to share best practices and ensure positive user experience; make regular recommendations to management on new features and innovative ideas to transform Legal applications; create, update, and preserve important corporate records/documentation; participate in process improvement and technical solution analysis to deliver the best possible resolution to business customers; define scope, recommend processes, document requirements, and effectively communicate project status to stakeholders and management; conduct User Acceptance Testing to support existing code and configuration-based functionality; and guide and mentor junior level employees. Position is eligible to work remotely one or more days per week, per company policy.

REQUIREMENTS:             Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field, and five (5) years of experience establishing communications between distributed systems using REST API; using iManage to securely manage emails and documents; using C# and ASP.NET; working with Microsoft SQL Server; of which three (3) years include supporting CLM (Contract Lifecycle Management) processes, including eSignature and Contract Search; working with Enterprise Legal Management processes and software, including Matter Management, Litera, and Microsoft Office 365; working with Oracle and MySQL; using Microsoft Power BI and Power Automate; and of which one (1) year includes working with web technologies, including HTML, XML, JavaScript, jQuery, and Angular
