Job Description
Meldon Law is seeking a passionate, self-starting, and strategic thinker with a strong background in sales or marketing who thrives on building meaningful relationships and developing creative strategies to turn connections into lasting partnerships. Fluency in Spanish and social media expertise are highly desirable. This hybrid role will cover both Miami and Broward counties, with an eventual expectation of being in the office at least three days a week as the team grows. The ideal candidate will have pre-existing relationships with doctors’ offices and relevant industry experience. Responsibilities include client intakes, occasional in-person tasks such as dropping off documents or signing up clients, and attending events outside traditional business hours. This is not a typical 9-to-5 position; flexibility is needed to accommodate these commitments. Above all, we are looking for someone with fire, a motivated, hardworking professional ready to dig deep and drive success.
