Responsibilities will touch upon all phases of representation of our community association clients and will include;
- Drafting governing documents and contract work,
- attendance at board meetings,
- coordinating board elections,
- prosecution of delinquent association accounts, and when necessary, litigation, trial and/or appellate work.
The position will offer hybrid work flexibility and is based in Morristown, New Jersey.
New Jersey bar admission; strong academic credentials; and demonstrated writing ability is required. One to three years of experience and a clerkship is preferred, however new graduates and applicants from current judicial clerks are welcome.
