Join Fish’s Minneapolis team in our fast-paced Operations Department as an Office Services Assistant.

How Will You Make a Difference?

• Log and distribute all incoming and outgoing mail, packages, deliveries, and faxes. Weigh mail and affix appropriate postage.  Package outbound shipments efficiently and economically to ensure safe delivery.
• Complete assigned copying, scanning, printing, and binding projects.
• Ensure supply stations are clean, stocked, and organized.
• Prepare and test video conferencing equipment and set up refreshments in advance of meetings. Promptly break down equipment and clean rooms after meetings.
• Assist with file room services, inventory, and other business needs as they arise.
• Assist with conference room meal and snack set-ups.
• Ensure kitchens supplies are stocked, and the rooms clean and tidy.
• Provide front desk coverage for breaks, days off, etc. as needed

What Will You Bring to the Table?

• High School diploma or equivalent required
• 1+ years’ experience working in a professional office setting.
• Ability to change and adapt to current and future responsibilities and circumstances.
• Ability to work well within a team-oriented environment and contribute to effective team relationships.
• Significant attention to detail is a must.
• Ability to occasionally lift, carry, or otherwise move and position objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to work in our Minneapolis office 5 days per week is required. The hours for this role will be 8:30AM – 5:00PM Monday through Friday. We do have cross-training for all shifts in this department which may require a day of working an opening shift (6:30AM – 3:00PM)
