With a team of top-rated attorneys, they’re expanding and looking for a sharp, plaintiff-side litigator ready to dive in and make an impact from day one.

The Opportunity

This is a full-time, in-office role for an experienced Personal Injury Attorney who’s ready to manage a heavy caseload, lead settlement negotiations, and represent clients in litigation from intake to trial. Candidates must be licensed in New York and have direct experience on the plaintiff side—defense-side backgrounds will not be considered.

You’ll have the opportunity to:

• Evaluate and onboard high-potential injury cases

• Run discovery, manage client relationships, and conduct negotiations

• Represent clients in hearings, depositions, and trials

• Earn unlimited backend compensation on all cases you originate and settle

What You’ll Do

Client Evaluation & Legal Consultation

• Meet with prospective clients to assess case viability and provide guidance

• Advise clients on legal strategy and case progression

Case Development & Litigation Prep

• Investigate and synthesize accident reports, medical records, and witness statements

• Collaborate with medical and accident reconstruction experts

• Draft key legal documents including complaints, motions, and discovery requests

Negotiation & Trial Work

• Handle settlement discussions with insurance companies and opposing counsel

• Advocate vigorously in court proceedings, depositions, and jury trials

• Deliver persuasive arguments and conduct direct/cross examinations

Client Management & Legal Operations

• Keep clients informed on their case status and next steps

• Juggle a busy caseload while meeting critical litigation deadlines

You’d Be a Great Fit If You Have:

• J.D. from an accredited law school

• Active license to practice in New York

• Experience handling plaintiff-side personal injury cases

• Confidence managing full case lifecycle—from intake to verdict

• Excellent litigation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

NYC-Only Requirement

This is a strictly in-office role—remote or hybrid arrangements are not available. Candidates must be based in NYC and able to work onsite 5 days a week. No relocation or exceptions.
