Construction Associate – Nashville (#817)

Baker, Donelson, Bearman, Caldwell and Berkowitz, P.C. seeks an associate with two to four years of complex litigation experience to join its Nashville construction law practice. We are looking for academically distinguished applicants who have excellent written and oral advocacy skills with deposition, discovery, motion practice, and trial experience. The successful candidate will assume responsibility in an active and diverse construction practice involving complex litigation and transactions. Specific experience in construction law and litigation is preferred, and engineering, architecture or construction management experience is a plus. The associate will work closely with construction litigation shareholders who will provide active mentoring and client contact. We seek a bright, hard working person with good judgment, attention to detail, and the desire to advance. Tennessee law license required.
