Partner with sales and customer success on deal structure and contract redlines
Support fundraising, corporate governance, and cap table management in collaboration with outside counsel
Create and maintain internal policies, templates, and scalable legal infrastructure
Own legal operations, including managing outside counsel and overseeing compliance programs
J.D. from a top-tier law school and active bar membership (California or New York preferred)
3+ years of experience, including time at a top Big Law firm and 1+ year in-house at a healthcare or healthtech company
Deep knowledge of HIPAA, healthcare contracting, and regulatory frameworks relevant to digital health and AI
Experience negotiating complex commercial agreements (SaaS, BAAs, partnership, etc.)
Ability to translate legal concepts into practical advice for fast-moving teams
Comfort in early-stage environments: independent, solutions-oriented, pragmatic
Bonus: Experience supporting AI/ML or voice-based technologies
Play a foundational role in a high-growth company reshaping the healthcare landscape
Work alongside a sharp, mission-driven team with deep healthcare and AI experience
Competitive compensation, early equity, and benefits built for ambitious operators
Influence how healthcare data is handled, protected, and innovated on—at scale
