
Mid-Level Corporate Associate Attorney

Salary: $215,000 - $325,000 annually
Schedule: Full-time, annual billable expectation of 1,850 hours
We are partnered with a prominent client seeking a highly motivated and experienced associate to join their distinguished Executive Compensation and Benefits Group. This role offers an immediate opportunity to contribute significantly to a dynamic and successful team with a long-standing history of collaboration. The successful candidate will engage in sophisticated legal matters, primarily focusing on employee benefits and executive compensation, with a particular emphasis on transactions involving mergers and acquisitions. Daily responsibilities will include drafting intricate legal documents, providing strategic counsel to a diverse clientele on matters related to executive compensation arrangements, qualified retirement plans, and welfare benefits. This position demands a keen eye for detail-oriented work and offers substantive training alongside ample hands-on opportunities to hone specialized legal skills within a supportive framework.

Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an ABA-accredited law school.
- Admission to the State Bar in Tennessee, Texas, or Pennsylvania in good standing, or with the eligibility to waive in and be admitted within 30-60 days from offer.
- 2-4 years of demonstrably strong experience in employee benefits and executive compensation law.
- Proven experience specifically related to mergers and acquisitions within the executive compensation and benefits context.
