
Overview: Key Responsibilities: Prepare, proofread, and file legal documents such as contracts, pleadings, and correspondence Maintain and organize case files, legal records, and calendars Assist with client communication, scheduling meetings, and managing attorney calendars Conduct legal research and gather relevant case materials when required File documents with courts and government agencies (electronically or in person) Manage deadlines and track case progress Perform general administrative duties such as answering phones, processing mail, and ordering office
