About YOU:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Workers' Compensation Paralegal to
join our firm. You should have a passion for seeking justice for those who have
been injured. You will manage a full caseload of workers' compensation cases of
varying degrees of complexity. Experience working Workers Compensation cases
required.
 Assist with drafting and filing legal documents, including complaints,
motions, and discovery requests.
 Conduct legal research on relevant laws and regulations related to workers
compensation cases.
 Manage case files, including organizing and maintaining case documents,
evidence, and correspondence.
 Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and other parties to the case.
 Prepare for and participate in depositions, hearings, and trials.
 Review and analyze medical records and other evidence to assist with case
preparation and evaluation.
 Work collaboratively with the legal team to develop and implement case
strategies.
