INTAKE SPECIALIST

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Contacting new clients and providing them with the contact information (direct phone number and email address) of the PL/LA assigned to their case.
- Informing clients of the necessary documents required for their case.
- Conducting intake questionnaires with clients to ensure all sections are completed, addressing any areas of confusion.
- Scanning into Filevine the biographical documents that clients bring.
REQUIREMENTS:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Bilingual - Fluent in Spanish and English
- Prior Customer Service experience
- Must be computer literate and proficient in spreadsheet applications and word processing
- Strong administrative and organizational skills
- Efficient communication skills
- Ability to meet deadlines
