Job Description

Position Summary

Our Immigration Law Firm is looking for a Sales or Business Development Director. This position reports to the Firm President. You will lead a team of 20 including Sales Leads (4), Case Consultants, Case Analysts across remote and in person platforms who present immigration solutions from the Moadddel Firm to Clients.

As Director, you will drive the motivation, leadership, and initiative for team performance and revenue outcomes. You will formulate and implement a strategy to increase business growth. This role works in partnership with Marketing, Legal and other teams engaging across the company.

The candidate will be a high impact individual capable of driving outstanding business results & first-class employee development. The Sales Director is accountable for developing and leading the team to generate revenue and achieve individual team and organizational quotas. Aligning to the marketing and sales strategy, the Sales Director defines and implements plans to increase the client base.

  • Recruit, Train, and develop Consultants to enlarge the team and deliver results leveraging our core values.
  • Develop teams resulting in more signed engagements.
  • Drive sales results that support Moaddel’s financial goals, achieving monthly revenue targets.
  • Achieve consistent growth in lead-to-client conversion, with year-over-year improvement.
  • Motivate Individuals and Team to exceed objectives through coaching, regular broadcast of results, and creative incentives
  • Provide coaching and follow-up processes.
  • Partner with the leadership team on campaign follow-ups and reporting
  • Collaborate with the Marketing, Technology and Operations teams to align campaigns with sales strategies, maximizing qualified leads and ROI.
  • Coach consultants to ensure prospective clients feel supported, respected, and inspired to take action during every stage of intake and sales.
  • Identify and make recommendations for improvement in the areas of Process, Efficiency, Productivity.
  • Increase adoption of sales tools, e.g. leverage CRM and automation tools to streamline intake, track performance, and enhance client communication.
  • Recommend process improvements.
  • Infuse Moaddel’s mission and values into all sales conversations and client interactions.
  • Model excellence in sales leadership by maintaining a balance of empathy, accountability, and high performance.

Pay Transparency Statement

The estimated salary range for this position is  $125,000 USD to $160,000 USD yearly, plus bonuses. Actual salary may vary depending on job-related factors, including knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition to a competitive base salary we offer a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental and vision insurance, uncapped paid time off. This position offers a competitive salary commensurate with experience and qualifications. Requirements
  • Bi-Lingual (Spanish and English fluency written and verbal) is a must.
  • 8+ years of sales leadership experience developing a team of seven or more quota carrying salespeople. 
  • Proven sales leadership, client intake management, or business development (experience in legal services strongly preferred).
  • In addition, a bachelor's degree is strongly preferred.
  • Strong background in leading B2C sales teams.
  • Proven ability to create hard-working teams and lead them to success.
  • Strong presentation and executive engagement skills.
  • Experienced in negotiation skills and tactics.
Salary Description
$125,000 USD to $160,000 USD yearly, plus bonuses
