What you will be doing: Practice in Construction General Liability and Premises Liability Defense Defend Medical Malpractice cases Represent Long-Term Care Facilities in Medical Malpractice cases Handle Products Liability cases Provide Professional Liability Defense Defend Trucking and Vehicular Liability cases Experience you will need: Admitted to practice as a licensed attorney in the State of Massachusetts At least one year of prior experience in Massachusetts state and federal courts Superior research and writing skills Strong academic record from an ABA accredited law school Looking for bench and trial experience
