An Am Law 100 Law Firm is seeking a full-time Associate Attorney to join our Corporate Practice in Portland, Oregon. We offer competitive compensation and an excellent benefits package.

Practice Summary:

Our Restaurant Industry Group represents some of the nation’s leading restaurant brands, investors, and high-profile personalities in various restaurant and consumer transactions. Candidates will have the opportunity to collaborate with a collegial team on high-stakes matters involving exceptional clients.

Job Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have 3 to 7 years of experience in business transactions. Experience in M&A, equity financings, and private securities offerings is preferred.

Qualifications:

• Skills: Candidates should be detail-oriented, client-focused, and team-oriented, with a proven ability to produce high-quality work.
• Academic Credentials: Strong academic background is essential.
• Bar Admission: Candidates must be a member of or eligible to waive into the Oregon State Bar.
