Job Description
Seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Associate Attorney with 3–5 years of experience in eviction-related pleadings to join the Residential Portfolio Management legal team. This role is responsible for handling eviction, code enforcement, and small claims matters on behalf of our clients. The ideal candidate will be licensed in both North Carolina and South Carolina, with proven experience managing contested landlord-tenant cases and providing effective legal representation in various proceedings.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.Member in good standing of the North Carolina and South Carolina Bar Associations.
- 3–5 years of experience with eviction-related pleadings and landlord-tenant law.
- Strong litigation experience in evictions, code enforcement, and small claims matters.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present cases effectively in contested hearings.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage a high-volume caseload.
- Ability to work independently and exercise sound legal judgment.
