
As an Immigration Paralegal, you’ll work closely with attorneys and clients to support a variety of immigration matters. Your responsibilities will include:

Preparing and filing employment- and family-based immigration petitions (e.g., I-130, I-485, N-400, Deportations, Waivers, etc.)
Experience with Deportation proceedings is required; using ECAS, etc.

Managing client communications and maintaining case files

Drafting legal documents and correspondence
Expected to file about 30-40 cases per month with immigration agencies.

Conducting research and staying current on immigration law and policy changes

Tracking deadlines and maintaining case status reports
What We’re Looking For

4+ years of experience as an immigration paralegal, preferably in a law firm setting

Familiarity with USCIS forms and procedures

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Excellent verbal and written communication abilities

Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment

Bachelor's degree or Paralegal Certificate preferred

Proficiency with immigration case management software (e.g., LawLogix, INSZoom, or similar)
