Educational degree such as a Paralegal degree or certificate required.

Responsibilities:

Assist with foreclosure, bankruptcy, and other legal matters and responses.

Track case status, deadlines, and property sales.

Prepare and review contracts, releases, amendments, reports, and other legal documents.

Conduct legal and records research and verify documents for accuracy.

Manage legal correspondence, filings, document transmittals, and records.

Maintain case files and update contract and legal databases.

Support counsel with document preparation, filing, and administrative tasks.

Coordinate special projects, meetings, and related activities.
