Bankruptcy Associate - New Orleans (#798)

The New Orleans office of Baker, Donelson, Bearman, Caldwell and Berkowitz, P.C. seeks an associate with three or more years of bankruptcy, workout, and/or relevant commercial litigation experience to join its Corporate Restructuring & Bankruptcy practice group. The position involves representing lenders, secured and unsecured creditors, and businesses in a variety of restructuring and insolvency matters with default resolutions, collections and repossessions, loan workouts, and bankruptcy-related matters in federal and state court. Knowledge of real estate, maritime, and/or energy law are a plus. This is a terrific opportunity to gain sophisticated hands-on experience in a thriving bankruptcy practice with significant client contact.
