LevelBlue is seeking a qualified Commercial Counsel to join our legal team and play a key role in supporting the global commercial transactions practice for a leader in the cybersecurity space. The Commercial Counsel will work with a global team of contracts professionals as we interact with LevelBlue stakeholders, clients, and vendors to drive growth and solve business problems.This is your opportunity to join a growing organization in a fast-paced and exciting industry.Responsibilities Work with a global team of contracts analysts and legal counsel in support of global sales organization Review, negotiate, and draft master service and technology agreements with clients and vendors on both LevelBlue and third-party paper Partner with finance, sales operations, product management and other stakeholders to ensure agreements are consistent with internal corporate policies and processes Advise multiple business units on strategic business initiatives, balancing legal considerations with business realities Basic Qualifications JD from an accredited law school Active membership in good standing with at least one U.S. state bar 2-3 years combined experience in law firm or in-house legal department, including experience negotiating and drafting technology, consulting, and professional services agreements Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate and interact effectively and autonomously with clients and business leaders at all levels of the organization Ability to partner collaboratively with internal business teams Preferred Qualifications Experience working for or with multinational companies or clients Familiarity with technical concepts in security software and services Interest or experience in employment law, data privacy, or litigation Experience in supporting sales departments as an internal client Why Join LevelBlue?At LevelBlue, you’re not just an employee—you’re part of a team making a real difference in the world of cybersecurity.
