Private Clients Associate Attorney

Verrill is actively seeking a mid-level Associate to join our Private Clients and Fiduciary Services Practice Group in Portland, Maine. Our Private Clients and Fiduciary Services Practice Group is among the most experienced in New England. Our attorneys work closely with individuals and families to understand the clients’ priorities and goals and their intentions for the legacies they wish to achieve.

The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in all facets of estate planning, trust and estate administration, and related tax matters. Strong drafting, research, and communication skills are essential. Candidates must be highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple complex projects, setting priorities, and meeting competing deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. The successful candidate will demonstrate a strong desire to work directly with clients, with a focus on building and maintaining long-term, productive relationships.
