
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Draft, proofread, and file or send legal documents such as lawsuits and demand letters
- Email communications and mail, outgoing and ingoing in a timely manner
- Conduct PIP audits, gather necessary documents and information to begin building a case
- Organize all legal documents in a confidential way
- Working Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Teams
- Confirm case statuses and generate reports
- Note taking
Qualifications:
- Customer service skills
- Team player, works well with others in a group setting
- Strong organizational skills
- Working knowledge of legal terms and procedures, preferred
- Effective verbal and communication skills
- Minimum of 1 year experience or in-house legal experience
- Proficient in MS Office

Travel Requirements: Up to 25% of travel for work-related tasks within the state and it is covered by the firm.
Schedule: This position is ON-SITE in our Fort. Lauderdale office, with no remote/ hybrid schedule. Schedule is Monday – Friday, 8-hour shifts, 8:30am-5:30pm.
