Our client is a reputable litigation-focused firm with 80 attorneys and a plan to grow to 120. The firm represents corporations, executives, and high-net-worth clients across:

The Opportunity
We are seeking an accomplished Litigation Partner to join the Stamford office. In this role you will:
- Bring and expand a portable book of $800K+ in annual collections.
- Lead high-value litigation matters across industries.
- Collaborate across practice groups for cross-selling opportunities.
- Mentor associates while building and scaling your practice.
Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: $264K–$495K, depending on book size ($800K–$1.5M+).
- Collections: 33%+ of collections, with monthly payouts.
- Typical Total Compensation: $530K–$990K+, with higher earnings for books over $1.5M.
- Support: Associates, paralegals, marketing team, and administrative infrastructure.
- Professional Growth: Speaking, publishing, and thought leadership opportunities supported by the firm.
