As a Senior Litigation Attorney in our Employment Department, you will help lead Wilshire Law Firm’s expansion into the Pacific Northwest. This is an opportunity for an experienced litigator to take ownership of significant matters, shape strategy, and help build our Washington and Oregon employment practice.

Senior Attorney, Employment (Washington & Oregon)
As a Senior Litigation Attorney in our Employment Department, you will help lead Wilshire Law Firm’s expansion into the Pacific Northwest. This is an opportunity for an experienced litigator to take ownership of significant matters, shape strategy, and help build our Washington and Oregon employment practice.

What You'll Do
- Lead complex employment litigation from intake through resolution, trial, or appeal.
- Develop case, certification, discovery, damages, and settlement strategies.
- Litigate claims under the WLAD, Washington wage laws, Oregon wage-and-hour laws, ORS Chapter 659A, and applicable federal laws.
- Handle matters before Washington L&I, WSHRC, Oregon BOLI, the EEOC, and other administrative agencies.
- Lead motion practice, depositions, class and collective certification, mediation, and trial preparation.
- Mentor attorneys and collaborate with a strong litigation support team.
- Help build Wilshire’s presence and reputation throughout the Pacific Northwest
- Active Washington and/or Oregon Bar membership.
- Significant (7+ years) employment litigation experience, including wage-and-hour class or collective actions and single-plaintiff matters.
- Strong command of litigation strategy, motion practice, discovery, depositions, and mediation.
- Trial or substantial trial-preparation experience.
- In-depth knowledge of plaintiff and defense communities in Washington and Oregon.
- A leader with an ownership mindset, solid judgment, and the drive to deliver meaningful results for clients.
- $180,000 - $280,000 based on experience, plus performance-based incentives
