We are looking for a detail-oriented, bilingual (English/Spanish) paralegal to provide
comprehensive legal support to our Legal Team. This role is essential to our operations,
including assisting with contract management and compliance tracking to tenant-related legal
matters. The ideal candidate will bring strong organizational skills, legal knowledge, and the
ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders in both English and Spanish.
Job description:
Position Responsibilities:
Legal Support & Documentation
• Assist in managing contracts including vendor agreements, property management agreements,
and service contracts.
• Prepare legal correspondence, memoranda, and reports as directed.
• Maintain organized legal files and document management systems.
• Conduct legal research as directed.
Property Management Legal Matters
• Assist in coordination with outside counsel on litigation matters.
• Assist in tenant disputes and compliance issues.
Compliance & Risk Management
• Track regulatory deadlines and compliance obligations.
• Assist with insurance claims and risk management documentation.
Bilingual Communication
• Serve as liaison between English and Spanish-speaking tenants, vendors, and team members.
• Translate legal documents, notices, and correspondence as needed.
• Ensure clear communication across language barriers in legal matters.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
• Associate's degree or Paralegal Certificate from an ABA-approved program.
• 3+ years of paralegal experience, preferably in real estate, property management, or corporate
law.
• Fluency in English and Spanish (written and verbal) required.
• Strong knowledge of legal terminology, procedures, and documentation.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and legal research tools.
• Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience with landlord-tenant law and eviction proceedings.
• Familiarity with Nevada property management regulations.
• Experience with legal case management software.
• Bachelor's degree.
