
The Nurse Paralegal will use his/her medical and legal training to support the company’s needs. The Nurse Paralegal must have outstanding analytic and writing skills. The Nurse Paralegal must be proactive and adapt easily to new processes.

Interfaces To: Coworkers, physicians, nurses and case managers

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Analyzes medical records and contracts
- Provide assistance to attorneys
- Obtain, organize and summarize medical records
- General paralegal duties as assigned
- Excellent analytic, writing and communication skills.
REQUIRED:
Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
Experience: Minimum of 1 years of experience as a Nurse Paralegal
Licenses/Certifications: RN license and paralegal certificate
PREFERRED:
Education: Master’s degree or equivalent
Experience: 3+ years of experience as a Nurse Paralegal
Licenses/Certifications: RN license and Paralegal Certificate
Some weekends required.
