
Commercial Litigation Associate/Junior Partner

- 5 to 10 years of commercial litigation experience in a law firm setting.
- Independent, self-starter committed to growing a practice for the long term.
- Thrives in a team setting that encourages open debate, creative approaches, and strategic thinking.
- Does not shy away from giving or receiving criticism.
- Takes ownership of cases and proactively identifies issues and crafts solutions.
- Strong analytical, research, and writing skills.
- A demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in all facets of litigation, including drafting and arguing motions, taking and defending depositions, handling complex discovery, and preparing cases for trial.
- Experience with insurance coverage or financial services litigation is preferred but not necessary.

In compliance with the District of Columbia Wage Transparency Law, the salary range for this position is $168,000 to $196,000. We note the salary information as a general guideline only, as we will consider various factors to determine the offer for this role, including the scope and responsibilities of the position, relevant work skills and experience, and education.
